Can't find expansion pack (Get to Work)
I play sims on Mac, and I downloaded the "get to work" expansion pack on the EA website. opened sims and the pack is still available to purchase (and the expansion is missing). I can't figure out how...

and see whether GtW shows up under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons. If it does, you can download it from there.
To get a refund, you'd need to contact EA customer support and talk to a person, in real time, in order to explain the situation. It looks like you've bought the pack twice, so you should be able to get a refund for one copy, at the very least. If you don't see the live chat option, try a slightly different category of issue, for example Sims 4 > [all topics] > I need help loading a game. It may also help to set the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., to get English-language options, since English live chat is more likely to be available.
