I launch ea fc25 through the EA app. Since the past 2 days the game is not working. When you try to access the game( like you normally do, through EA app), first there's a pop up asking permission(for something like admin privileges). When you proceed, it appears as if the game would run for a while, but a box pops up, asking your email id and password ( for logging in fc25 standard version edition), when you proceed further, an error appears stating - (computer not connected to the internet, and they ask you to check your connections, even when you're already connected with the internet). This is what I'm facing.

A general statement like "I can't launch any games" doesn’t really give us enough to go on. To get help from the community or from us, we’ll need a bit more detail.
Is there an error message? Or can you describe what’s happening when you try to launch the game? The more info you can provide, the better we can assist you!

Finally solved this with EA Live Chat.
For people using EA app try this - Create a new admin user for windows and launch EA app (your games and EA App should still be installed depending on which drive you installed them on) - your game should launch and play as normal. Once this is done you can go back to your main account and launch from there. It may ask you to choose a save point (Be it local or cloud save) I *don't* think it matters which BUT I did click local save because people are having issues with one drive. After this the game should launch fine. If it doesn't you may need to contact EA support.

It's on their end guys. We can't do anything. Maybe they'll communicate but defs not today. Just gotta wait for them to fix it. Lack of communication is **bleep**.

I am very much in the same boat. Been trying to launch both Wild Hearts and Heat today no dice

Servers and services appear to be down, but their status page shows all is fine. Clearly something is wrong, I can't play anything via the EA app either.

same problem here. It says that EA is opened in another application. Trying to fix it for hours now. Anybody know how to fix this?
