Can't launch

I want to start up the EA app but I can't launch the app. I get this message. Why do I get this message and how do I solve it? Because I did not delete this file nor can I find this file in my recyc...

Hey Kristientje2 Please make sure to add the EA app to the exceptions list in your antivirus and firewall.
In this case, you may also need to uninstall and re-install the EA app.
