Can't link my Xbox Account to EA App (Game Pass - Error 107019)

First, it's a pain to need support for anything if all you can access is the community forums. EA can't simply provide an attendant to solve account issues?

I've struggled to link my Xbox Account with the EA app for months. When I try to install the game from the Xbox App, the EA app doesn't recognise my Game Pass and doesn't give me the option to download the game. Sometimes, when I try to log in, I receive this error:

error: {"error":"Internal server error","error_description":null,"error_code":null,"code":107019}

I try to find a solution on the Internet, but everyone with this same code can't find any solution (and does not receive any support from EA either).

I already try to reset my account password.

  • Hi there, I'm having the exact same issue. Have had the problem for a few years now.

    I've opened Case #204504481 to try and resolve
