When I try to open sims, there pops a EA message up on the screen, where I need to write my password. But when I write my password, it declines. I have tried to chance my password, but it always declines. I don't know what to do...

This may seem a bit weird, but do you have a sims 3 account?
For some reason, my sims 3 account was changed to the one of my ea account. Confusing. Perhaps something similar with you? Check if your sims 3 login on the website is the password you need for your ea app.
maikenmanza Do you happen to have a Mac? If so, your Mac may be the one asking for a password, not the EA App. In that case, you would use the password for your computer, or if you don't have an admin account, the password from the admin account on the computer.
