Can't Open EA Case – Need to Request 64-Bit Version for Mac

I'm having trouble reaching EA Help. I recently added The Sims 3 to my library, but it says "Only for Windows." I know there's a 64-bit version for Mac, and I see a Mac-compatible symbol on the packs, so I think I need updated versions. 

The problem is, I can't open a case with EA. I tried every category under The Sims 3, but nothing works. I just want to download the games I paid for. Is there anything I'm missing or it's a problem with my account?

    You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email try the following steps: This should get you into a chat. It's all about the choices you make on the site.

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option
