Previously Owned Games/DLCs Missing from EA app Library Since Nov. 15, 2023

Hi, I just logged into my account today only to find out that all but EA Play games or games that I have on other platforms have disappeared, they still show up on my account and whatnot.

As a bonus I can't even open a ticket about it because the old help page just keeps redirecting me to the same thing over and over again.

All of the games still show up on my order history but not on the app. Already tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache and whatever but to no avail.

My WRC game has disappeared from my EA app library.

Tried everything, no success. Please help.

Can you try clearing the EA app cache? It's a good first step to try when you're having issues with the app like this.

My games are not showing up in my library folder.

I contacted support, they had me uninstall and reinstall the EA app. They also had me clear cache but nothing help. They said to put this on the forums

Already cleared the cache, uninstall / reinstalled the EA app multiple times, restarted my computer multiple times too. it just shows 4 steam games but none of my other battlfields, none of my other fifas, nothing, if I try to open the game from the desktop it says that I do not own the games (EA app related) but I can play those from steam without any issue.

Tried everything already.

Game is gone.

It was purchased through CDKeys.com whom I have purchased from before without any issue.

The key was valid and authenticated by EA at the time I first used it and is still valid now although, I obviously cannot use it a second time for obvious reasons.

Whatever the issue is here, it is for EA to deal with as EA are the ones responsible for making sure the game is accessible and can be played once purchased.

I've had the exact same issue, WRC has been working fine since it was released but today it's decided to disappear from my library.

Also had the same issue with F1 23.

All my games are gone from my EA library.

I have spoken with CDKeys and this problem is not of their making.

CDKeys sell only the key which was validated by EA before I could download the game.
