Charged twice for kit

I bought the sweet allure kit today and was charged twice, originally it wouldn't let me download the kit and kept saying to purchase it. I was able to fix that issue by logging out of the EA app and back in but I was still charged twice for the kit.

I have both email confirmations of the purchases but can't find anyway to get the second one refunded.
