Code Didn't Work
I bought a DLC code (it was for the Sims 4 Business and Hobbies Expansion Pack) from CDKeys. I've bought several codes from them and NEVER had a problem before. But this time, I bought my code, plugged it into the EA app, and it said it worked. However, the DLC never downloaded for me nor did it show up in my "manage add-ons" tab. I checked the DLC's tab and it still shows the purchase button. I tried to put my code in again and it said I already used the code.
What do I do now?
