When i apply the code, it says 'code accepted'. However, as soon as i click confirm, it says the code was already used and i cannot find the game in my library.
I tired ea app recovery, checked myaccount.ea.com but it did not help

I just removed one of your screenshots, as it showed your email address. Always be careful not to share your private information on the forum, as it can be viewed by everyone.
This sounds like the code might have already been used before you tried to redeem it. Where did you buy the game? It would be best, if you can reach out to the retailer, where you made the purchase.
