Hey arka009,
What platform do you play on, and when exactly do you notice the controller settings changing on their own in the game?
Does it happen in between matches or after you restart the game?
In what game mode is this happening to you?
In the meantime, please try deleting the corrupt data following this guide, including the personal settings 1, set up the controller settings once more; they should stick then.
Sometimes it is necessary to delete the current preferences so that they start saving correctly.
