Crashing EA app
my app keeps crashing and saying there is no connection however, my wifi and internet are working fine, I've tried deleting the app, clearing the cache, updated my laptop, but nothing is working, I've tried everything to fix it and now I'm unable to redownload my sims 4 games. I don't know how to fix this, is anyone else dealing with this issue?
