Crossplay Broken: Friends Lists Still Not Syncing After Years

Friends lists are not syncing at all. Im linked to my correct ps, xbox, steam, epic, discord, twitch, and everything else in between. I just want to play with my friends. I see that has been going on for years and also see a lot without any kind of feedback whatsoever. Absolutely unacceptable support practice model. I need this fixed. I'm in the skate testing where you people boast full crossplay but not possible if you can't fix friends lists after four years...
