No internet connection - nothing works & have tried everything.
For the last few weeks, EA App for MAC has been unable to go online. I've still been able to play The Sims 4 and buy/download expansion packs. Since the update, I was been stuck at 2%. I deleted and redownloaded EA App and was still stuck at 2%.
I've followed all of the trouble shooting and have managed to get to 14% (after changing DNS and restarting my MAC) but the fix lasts for 1 minute so the issue still isn't solved and I'm still stuck. It's not an internet issue as wifi is fine and the same issue exists when using a mobile hotspot,
I've tried absolutely everything, all the suggestions in the forums and on the troubleshooting webpages.
