Didn’t get any rewards from Al owairan

I finished most Al owairan objectives and didn’t get any rewards including the Cahill hero card and I really need it to complete the perfect volley objectives. Rewards appear for me however I pressed claim before they appeared because I thought I was getting them until I found I needed Cahill and didn’t get any rewards.
