Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

So a little over a week ago, I noticed that none of my game, expansion or stuff packs were loading onto my games. I though "that's weird" so I went to go see which packs it said I had it, and it said that every single one of my packs that a bought, I didn't own anymore. I've tried everything but it doesn't seem to work, and I've even emailed the EA people but they didn't respond. So with all of that, I'm coming here to see if anyone knows how I can get my packs back. Do not hesitate to ask me any questions and thank you so much.

    I am having the same issue. My kits have disappeared.

    I am having the same issue. I just reinstalled the EA app, and the only thing I have available to install is Sims 4 base game.  I own all but one expansion pack, and so many of the other packs, kits, etc.  Nothing is showing up except base game and the Crystal Creations stuff pack. Everything else is gone.

    Hi EA_mplsnow​,

    I've just checked my purchase history and it says I've only ever purchased the actual Sims 4 game and the free Christmas decorations kit, even though that's not true, I've purchased others and I cleared my apps cash, but they still aren't there. I also don't have another account so I don't know where they could have gone.

    Thank you so much for trying to help, and please let me know if you have any more tips to try and get them back, as I've spent a lot of money on these.

    I have the same issue. I only see the sims 4 game, but I have bought 5 packs!

    yshx4eo0eb2e​ and rogihgoahz54​ if your order history page is empty, that confirms that you've signed in to a different EA account from the one you purchased the packs on.

    Please take a look at your email address(es) for EA-related communication and receipts. Once you locate the EA ID or email address of another EA account, you'll need to contact our live support team for help getting back into it. Unfortunately, we can't support account-related requests here on the forums, as we aren't able to change or discuss account details.
