Discover University already purchased but can't/won't download.

Question

Hello! Not 100% certain this is a Mac issue, but it usually is so posting here.

I have been trying to purchase Discover University for AGES now, having all sorts of issues with check out in the EA app, and have worked out that I can't purchase it because EA thinks I already own it. See image for check out error I got when I clicked pay.

In game, in the downloads manager it says the pack is owned, but I cannot click on it to download it. In the EA App it does not show as "In Library" like all the other packs I own. I have CC and Mods, but running a clean version of the game hasn't made any difference. Does anyone have any ideas?

Can you let us know what you're seeing under Library &gt; The Sims 4 &gt; Manage &gt; Manage Add-ons? It sounds like you might've purchased the pack using a different platform, such as Steam or Epic, and checking the above might confirm it. Thanks!&nbsp;
