Do I really need to re-download all of my origin games with the new EA app?

I just installed the EA app and I can't start any of my games without downloading them (I used origin until now). Do I really have to uninstall every game and re-install it through this new platform?...

Sadly this did not solve my problem. Clicking download on the games takes me to a screen where i get to decide install location and if I want to add a shortcut, pressing next I come to a screen with content warnings and a bunch of agreements. Pressing download on that page takes me back to the library but nothing happens. The download button is still showing and no progress seems to have started.
