Does EA App have connection issues to its own servers?

It is an everyday occurrence for the EA App to sit at the "Connecting to EA App" window or just never open, requiring a full restart of my PC to get it up and running.

It is then likely that I will need to login again.

There is a high chance after exiting a game, the App window will be practically blank, showing a message that it is no longer connected to EA servers. Starting the cycle above.

On some occasions, I will log in, and there will be no installed games, requiring a re-log.

I don't have these types of issues for any other service such as Steam, GOG, or Epic, only EA.

Is this a common issue, and is there a way to ensure better EA server connections?
