Download problems

Hi! I have bought like 4 expansion pack from the sims 4 and today i bought my first game pack (vampires). The moment that I hit download it says that the disk doesn't have permission but it was already active it.

I have the sims 4 and the ea app in a hard drive (I play in a mac), it has the last update and it works fine (i play a little bit without the game pack and its fine). And I already have had download expansion packs with the hard drive on (the last one was horse ranch and i bought it like 3 weeks ago).

Does anyone knows what to do? Please, help me ;(
