Downloaded Cats and Dogs pack and it's gone

    And i also made it through the sims 4 app not the ea app because the sale wasnt applied

      Do you mean in the in-game store? Is Cats & Dogs showing as owned and available to play in the EA app?

        No it's not available to play it asks me to purchase again. And yes, the in game store
