EA app will not appear after .pkg installation etc

I downloaded the .pkg file from both EA and sims four website multiple times and I could install the pkg but the EA App wouldn't pop up and I can't find it in applications or in downloads. I did a full files search and nothing pops up. Attached is just the three separate times I tried to download it.  (MacBook air, most recent edition.) 

Also, I just tried signing into my other account but the password wasn't working. I reset the password, sign in again, and it says password is outdated or incorrect. I redid it, paying close attention to make sure my passwords matched, and once again it didn't work.
