Dragon Age the Veilguard EC:10608

I cannot launch Dragon Age the Veilguard. It worked perfectly fine yesterday, I have tried repairing the game, clearing the cache, logging out, rebooting the computer.  I get the error code: EC:1060...

    ... Never mind, it launched now. Don't know what fixed it, but something did.

Now I don't even get the error code anymore. It closes the EA app as if to launch the game, but then the app returns and nothing happens.

... Never mind, it launched now. Don't know what fixed it, but something did.
