Duplicate purchase bundle and same kits

Yesterday I bought the The Sims™ 4 Lady Bridgerton’s Masquerade Ball Bundle , which includes: The Sims™ 4 Lady Bridgerton’s Masquerade Ball Fashion Kit, The Sims™ 4 Lady Bridgerton’s Masquerade Ballroom Kit, and The Sims™ 4 Lady Bridgerton’s Masquerade Ball Digital Content. In the same order, I also purchased (in error), the The Sims™ 4 Lady Bridgerton’s Masquerade Ball Fashion Kit and The Sims™ 4 Lady Bridgerton’s Masquerade Ballroom Kit.

Is there someone who can help initiate a refund of the kits? I want to keep the bundle and extra content. The chat advisor I am speaking with keeps telling me the kits are different. I know that, but I paid for them twice and he does not seem to understand. Not sure why the EA app would even allow it.
