duplicate purchase

trying to have a refund issued for a duplicate purchase through the e.a. website because the cart did not update showing the order had been submitted and did not receive a confirmation email for nearly 10 minutes after.

    Thanks - give the steps below a try. They just gave me the live chat option with an agent:

    • Search for The Sims 4 and select the tile.
    • Select "See all help topics".
    • Choose the "I want a refund" option (should be the last option in the list).
    • Chat should appear below the article that loads.

     

    If the chat option doesn't appear, try the steps again in Incognito mode or while logged out of the site (choose the option to continue while logged out if it appears).
