EA Account Still Hacked – Case Marked Resolved (Asia, No Code)
Hello EA team,
I’ve been trying to recover my hacked EA account (used for EA SPORTS FC 25 and NFS Heat) for several days now. I’ve submitted multiple support cases, provided all the requested recovery information, and attached proofs/screenshots. However, every case keeps getting marked as “Resolved” even though my account is still hacked and I have no access.

I clearly mentioned in that case that my account is still compromised and asked for the case to be reopened so I could submit more info. But it was closed without any action or response.
This issue is happening in the **Indonesia / Asia region**, and I believe regional support here is not functioning properly. Many players have reported similar issues — cases are closed without real resolution.
**Also, the verification code (2FA/A2F)** is not being sent to my phone number at all, making it impossible for me to log in and recover the account myself. I’ve tried resending multiple times and even changed connection methods, but still nothing arrives.
Please escalate this issue to the appropriate team. I just want access to my account again. Attached are my screenshots as proof.
