EA App - All Games Shows 'Not Currently Playable"

Hi everyone, I'm having issues with the EA app where all my games show as "Not currently playable." No matter which game I try, I can't launch anything.

Anyone from the EA team should respond to this please. I'd really appreciate it.

    I have somewhat that issue 3 of my games is not playable there is no download button
