When I try to open EA it says Couldn't connect to servers, try restarting the app, and there's a button under with the option to play The Sims 4 but that won't work!
More than likely it needs to either be updated or you need to have a connection to prove you own the game. I’ve completely removed it from my current PC, so now I can’t even play offline 🙃😶. 🤞🏻 they figure it out soon.
