"EA app crashed unexpectedly" - Can not open the App anymore, at all

I'm just completely fed up. For weeks I haven’t been able to launch the app and I can’t even find a way to contact support. It’s just unacceptable and a joke that I’m paying for my library and can’t ...

No one seems to have a solution to this problem at all this is beyond unacceptable especially when you pay for a game an unable to play it. EA has not been supportive to finding/helping with this crisis. the company is huge with no customer service to help resolve this type of situation.
