I’m having a similar issue! Mine keeps getting stuck at 99% “preparing” and then the app will crash. I tried everything I can think of and nothing is working! Have you had any luck?
I’m downloading the new update now and having this exact same issue!! Says 99% but “calculating time” and then after waiting with no progress, it will crash completely. Went through all the motions to clear cache, re-installed EA and still crashing. Did you ever figure it out?
