EA App Error Code 10005
Hi everyone, I’ve been having a really frustrating issue with the EA App on my Mac (macOS Sequoia 15.5), persistently for a few months. A while ago, I accidentally set the app to offline mode. Now, every time I try to open it, I get Error Code 10005 and a message saying it cannot connect to the server. Because the app is stuck in offline mode, I can’t switch it back to online mode from within the app. Here’s what I’ve tried so far to fix it: deleted and reinstalled the EA App multiple times, cleared all cache and preference files from /Library/Application Support/EA Desktop, /Library/Preferences, and /Library/Caches, removed EA-related login tokens from the Mac Keychain, restarted my Mac several times, disabled firewall and VPN to rule out network issues, and tried launching the app offline and online, but it still won’t open properly. Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked, and I haven't been able to access my games for months :( Has anyone else experienced this? Any help or advice would be hugely appreciated!
