EA App Error Code 10005

The game was just up and running yesterday as I played sims 4. I was in the middle of placing a lot from the gallery and the game crashed since then I haven’t been able to log back in. A current error code of EC 10005 keeps recurring. I’ve tried everything from uninstalling, repairing, clearing cache, control panel options, task manager and nothing worked. I’ve updated and restarted my lap top still same error. i’m on Windows

    @shasimmy This one will be a trial and error as we have seen many different issues cause this one error!
