EA APP ERROR CODE EC:201

Anytime i start my machine in offline mode, EA says "WE COULD'NT FIND YOUR ACCOUNT INFO"., and keep me signed in is always selected. It seems it needs internet connection anytime to load. it cannot load in offline mode. Please fix.
