[EA app] Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition Not In Library

I bought Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition back in March 2018, but in the EA app, I cannot see this any more and the order confirmation email does not have the game code either. Is there any way for...

@darthvader480 Is this the only game that is not showing up in the EA app? When you moved from Origin to the EA app, did all your owned games show up?

Me Too i Lost all my ea Games that was on Origin.
