It seems you might have some corrupt files from the previous installation.
Have you tried re-downloading the EA App Installer from https://www.ea.com/ea-app and then run the installer as admin again?
Yeah, I've Tried multiple times, it just continues to tell me that the app is already installed, and tries to open, and then crashes again.

In this case, you might need to use software to uninstall the EA App.
