Could you perhaps create & share a DxDiag of your system? https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

@t7si61g61c8f Thanks. Just a question; Which game are you meaning to play on that machine?- 10 months ago
Sims 4. But it doesn't matter if the crAPP doesn't load. I can get Origin to load, but then forces me to use the crAPP.

Hi @t7si61g61c8f,
Even if the app somehow starts to work for you, it looks like your laptop won't be able to run The Sims 4 smoothly, as it doesn't meet the game's minimum system requirements. Here's why:
Processor (CPU): Your Intel Pentium Dual T2390 @ 1.86 GHz is much weaker than the required Intel Core i3-3220 or AMD Ryzen 3. This will cause major performance issues, as The Sims 4 needs a more powerful processor.
Memory (RAM): You have 4 GB of RAM, which is the bare minimum required to run the game. However, this might lead to very slow performance, especially if you're using custom content or expansions.
Graphics: Your laptop's Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset is far below the game's graphics requirement, which is an NVIDIA GeForce 6600 or better. It also lacks dedicated video memory and may not fully support the Pixel Shader 3.0 needed for the game to run properly.
However, could you perhaps share a screenshot of the empty dialogue box that you get?
