EA app stopped working after a safe boot
So i had this issue where my Sims 4 didnt want to open, after clicking the game in EA app a window popped up saying that I have to log into Origin for some reason. After that(and trying to repair the game) i went to get help from EA help(Issue number #179701090) and a support there said to clear my cache wich I did and then he said that i should do a safe boot if it didnt work. I did the safe boot and the EA app stopped working(before it had no issue) so i want to the EA support again to help me with this problem.
Than i was told to put some commands into a console(i dont remember the commands but it was somthing to reset the safe boot options) and than to restart my PC again. I did as i was told and the EA app still didnt work. I went to EA help for the 3rd time and got info(after a long wait) that i should create a local user admin account on my computer and to reboot it again. I was told that the app should work on the other user and so i oppened the other user to see that the app is still begging for mercy.
I went to EA app for the 4TH TIME, and i was told to come here(btw the person was a bit harsh on me and told me to do a third safe boot lmao) and yeah thats where I am.
My point still stands, i cant get the app to work and so i turn to the forums, can anyone pls help me? I just want to get my free stuff for The Sims 4 ☹️(
