EA App isn't working

Question

Hello,&nbsp;My EA App isn't working. I've already tried repairing the application through the Control Panel and also uninstalled it to download it again, but the installation doesn't complete and I get the error INST-3-1920.&nbsp;I'm using Windows 7. I'd like to know if the system requirements have been updated and if the application still supports this operating system.&nbsp;I know it's an old system, but I use it by preference. Could you please inform me if there's still a solution to make the EA App work on Windows 7?&nbsp;Thank you in advance for your attention.&nbsp;Sincerely, Pietro

I'm afraid the EA app system requirements for Windows are now Windows 10 and 11. The app also requires a 64-bit version of Windows, so if you're using Windows 7 32-bit, it won't install. That might be the root cause of the INST-3-1920 error you're seeing.
In case it isn't, and if you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps below to see if it addresses the error:&nbsp;

&nbsp;Uninstall EA app
Registry clean
Delete EA folders in ProgramFiles and ProgramData
Restart your device
Try installing EA app again on ea.com with a stable network connection
Run the new installer and follow the instructions

If that doesn't work, it might be an OS compatibility issue after all.&nbsp;
