EA App not installing Game Pass EA games

I’m having an issue with EA Play games from Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on PC.

When I click Install on EA games in the Xbox app, it redirects me to the EA App but nothing properly installs. For example, with EA Sports FC 26, it only starts downloading the “Showcase” version instead of the full game. With other games like F1 25, the EA App opens but nothing happens after that.

My Xbox account and EA account are already linked. I even tried unlinking and relinking them, but the problem is still the same.

Has anyone experienced this or knows a fix?

    Hey salvadorwy​, 

    Just to confirm, is your Xbox Game Pass PC subscription still active? It might be worth signing in to confirm, since it sounds like the subscription isn't being registered when you try to download those games.
