Ea account is somehow linked to 2 emails PLEASE HELP

somehow, me and my fiances ea account are merged together.  She is playing on xbox under lexi9501#1136 and I am playing via steam under the account treason inspector. I have my xbox account goopydreams linked to my ea account, so it makes no sense as to why when she logs into bf6 it defaults to my ea account with all my game progress (also restricting us from playing together) The other thing I noticed is when i try to link my ea account to my steam account steam gives me an error saying the ea account for [edit: email address removed] (my fiance email) is already linked to this steam account. So i tried logging into the lexiblow@gmail ea account to unlink the steam account so I can link my steam account but what blew my mind was that when I logged into the [edit: email address removed] it pulled up MY ea account , so weather we log in with my email [edit: email address removed] or her email lexiblow@gmail its the same account. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE.
