EA app not launching sims 4
When i start the sims 4 game, the game won't launch and will only take me to the EA app again, with no information about why this happened. No error messages. I have tried clearing cache, restarting ...

Having the same problem. I've tried all of these things.
- Uninstalling EA App
- Updating EA app
- repairing EA app
- uninstalling and reinstalling the game
- verifying the game files through STEAM
- Clearing Cache in EA app
- rebooting the computer repeatedly
Hoping someone will help us with this.
