EA HELP is not working, (I have lost access to my old 2009 email account)
I sent 10 tickets to EA HELP, and none of them were registered by the system or appeared in the list of requests. I also did not receive any notifications by email.
My case list says:
"No case history
You haven't created any support cases with your EA Account."
But I created many support requests and wrote many times.
My problem:
I cannot access my account because it sends confirmation emails to a non-working email address. I just need to change the non-working email address to a working one. It's not that difficult and only takes a minute from support team.
