The EA app on my MacBook Air is failing to open and I have not been able to open it since last night. It comes up with the attached message. Any ideas?

finally found the solution! I was running an older version of MacOS and updated to Monterey. after updating MacOS the app downloaded and launched with no issues.

Having the exact same problem and my mac is up-to-date on everything. How do I go about updating it to Monterey?
get EC:106 on my pc, everything up to date, ea/sims4 NOT openeing.
