EA App not recognising content
I pre ordered the deluxe edition of dragon age veil guard and downloaded the weapons offer. When playing the game it is all locked as if it doesn’t appear to be registering the content. I have recently been gifted the deluxe edition on Steam and all of the content is unlocked and able to be used in the game therefore the issue must be an EA App issue rather than a game/ user issue. This has been going on for 8 months with no resolution, please can it be resolved so the content I paid for can be used.
