I followed the instructions of turning it off and on. I cleaned my cache. I have repeatedly done everything suggested but nothing is working. Why does this bug keep happening? How do I get my list back. I play Sims 4 on a PC.
I finally got a answer from Technical Support that I only knew about because I checked my case. They say there is "No Fix Available". So those of us who lost the ability to play the game as everyone else are just out in the cold. Not because of our own actions. If they would have just left things alone, we wouldn't have this problem. Restore our Gallery!!
