EA APP SHUTS DOWN ON LAUNCH.
THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME . ITS WORKS ONE DAY THEN NOT THE OTHER. THIS BECOMING A JOKE I SHOULDNT HAVE TO REPAIR THE APP EVERY TIME I USE IT....

Just replied to someone else the same time lol. Hope this helps - if it doesn't just reach out again.
First, go to applications (under finder). Right click the EA app and press 'Show Package Contents' - this should be under the open button. THEN you want to check if the installer is running properly so click on 'Contents' then 'Applications'. Try the launch helper or any of them. If NONE OF THEM WORK that means (like me) that you have some app blocking the installer.
Are you using a VPN? Because for me it was my VPN so I went into security under the vpn, then startup applications and enabled it (any EA startup service) to startup when you boot your macbook. If you don't have a VPN go to settings then search 'Login' and go to the login items and extensions. THEN you want to enable any EA app service there that is not allowed in the background.
Also if you need help finding all of this you can send a screenshot of when the EA app doesn't launch.
