EA app stuck in Repair loop

I think I have tried everything that I can find on the internet. I've moved my mod files from the Sims 4 to my desktop. I've used the App Recovery and Restart app. I've uninstalled then reinstalled the EA app, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Sims 4 with my add-ons. After doing that, I restarted my pc and I still get the "Repairs Needed" message. I am at my wits end here...Any other suggestions would be welcome and EA...please get your "ish" together!  I had this issue once before and it was my mods file.  But I have no mods in the Sims 4 folder so now what is it?? Oh and I deleted my saves as well. smh
