New EA Play Pro Subscriber - Can't Download Game

Hi all,

I just paid for my EA Play Pro subscription and I'm trying to download a game, but the download button is inactive. I've already tried restarting the EA App.

Has anyone else run into this right after subscribing? Is there a common fix for this? Any help would be appreciated.

Hey PegThaStallion,

Could you try clearing the EA app cache and let me know if that works? If not, could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Could you share a screenshot of a game on the EA Play pro list in the EA app so I know what you're seeing exactly?
