Re: the update is stuck at 0 percent

hello, im trying to reinstall a game but first it’s telling me the EA app needs to restart to download an update. when i try to restart the app and do the update the download for it is stuck on 0% and i can’t use the app at all without it. I am using apple mac, thanks.
