Unable to play Enchanted by Nature

I've been waiting for weeks to play with the Enchanted by Nature expansion and finally got some time to sit down and play today, only to be disappointed. When I hover over the world in the manage worlds area, I see this message: "World not installed. The Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature has been pre-ordered and is not yet available for download."

I really hope this issue is fixed before the weekend is over so I can actually play a bit before I have to go back to work. Super annoying and frustrating.

lacekait89 Please clear the EA App's cache:

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

and repair the game: Sims 4 > Manage > Repair. Then see whether you can download the new pack under Manage > Manage add-ons.

If this doesn't help, let me know whether EBN shows up under Manage add-ons, and if so, whether it's listed as installed.

I have tried every solution I could find online and I still am not able to play the game with the enchanted by nature expansion pack.

I have removed all mods and cc (mods folder is currently empty until I can find a solution), I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, I’ve repaired the game multiple times, I’ve cleared the EA and Sims 4 cache multiple times, I have removed the EP19 folder and redownloaded, I only have 1 EA account but have also ensure I am logged in to the account where the pack was purchased. I have also restarted my computer multiple times to ensure any changes were hopefully saved as per the guides I’ve found online.

Is there another solution I have not tried to fix this issue?
